Everybody knows the standard voicemail system: if you don’t pick up your phone an incoming call goes to voicemail where the caller can leave a message. Our Voice2Mail does the same thing, but in a slightly smarter way: it converts the incoming voicemails into an audio file (.wav) and sends these files to your email.
This means that with Voice2Mail you can listen to your voicemails everywhere, as long as you have your computer or smartphone with you, you can download your voicemails to any or all of your devices and you can forward voicemail messages to your colleagues. That is what we call a smart voicemail service.
You don’t need special hardware or complicated software to set up the Voice2Mail service, all you need is a TeleForwarding freephone, toll-free or virtual landline number and an email address and you’re good to go.
