With the technical overflow feature your calls are automatically forwarded to another agent, destination number or voice message when you receive several calls simultaneously. This means callers won’t get a busy signal but will be forwarded to the next available colleague. That is the reason why it is called overflow – \u201coverflowing\u201d calls are taken care of.<\/p>\n

You can choose a pre-determined order in which your calls are routed or just set it randomly to the next free phone.<\/p>\n

How to implement an overflow<\/strong><\/p>\n

The overflow feature does not have many hardware requirements. In most of the cases you don’t need special hardware to make overflow work. TeleForwarding can activate overflow on its platform and connect it to your telephone system.<\/p>\n
