With our Online Dashboard you can control the settings and additional Features of your freephone, toll-free and virtual landline numbers yourself. After you order your Online Dashboard we will provide you with your personal login data to give you access to your own Dashboard. In order to use certain Dashboard functions it is necessary to download the Dashboard to your computer, other functions can be accessed through the online version.
The following additional Features can be managed with the Online Dashboard:
- Destination number: the destination number, the number to which we forward your incoming calls, can always be changed by us. However, with the Online Dashboard you can do this yourself, just log in, select the destination number you wish to use and click save. The change will immediately be effective.
- Settings of Time/Day Routing Feature: When you order a Day/Time Routing Feature in order to forward incoming calls to different destination numbers depending on the time and/or day of the incoming call (i.e. office hours, weekends, holidays, work shifts etc.), we will set up your first Time/Day Routing schedule for you. With your personal Dashboard account you can then change and manage this schedule yourself.
- Settings of Sequential Ringing Feature (Busy/NoAnswer): With Sequential Ringing you can forward your incoming calls to several devices or employees in a predetermined sequence. When you order this Feature we will set up the initial routing sequence for you. With your personal Dashboard account you can then change and manage the Sequential Ringing schedule yourself.
- Call Statistics: via our Online Dashboard you can easily access the Call Statistics Feature with which you can create detailed reports using your latest call data. It is also possible to export your call statistics as .CSV files.
You can use your Online Dashboard for as many toll-free, freephone or virtual landline numbers as you want. It’s even possible to use our Dashboard and additional Features for your freephone or toll-free numbers from other providers. This way we enable you to have one single platform from which you can manage all your national and international toll-free call operations.
