Time/Day routing, also referred to as ‘time of day routing’, enables organisations to forward calls to a different subsidiary if the caller is not calling within the opening hours. It can also be used for vacations or holidays. Thereby your company does not lose any calls, thanks to a calendar for time routing that can be set up in advance.
How to implement time routing
You can implement time routing with any inbound number of TeleForwarding. We can set up a personal dashboard for you from which you can control time routing, or we can program the opening hours of your organisation’s subsidiaries in advance. Furthermore, we need the termination numbers of the alternative subsidiaries, it doesn’t matter where they are.
